[2012-11-17] Dropsy: READ THIS!!! Changed my mind about cheapoair!!! I loved it and recommended it to friends. Not anymore. Every time i pay for i flight a get a call back that my transaction was not completed and had to pay over the phone. This time i get a call back and the guy on the phone tells me that the fair i got was no longer available and that would have to pay over 100 dollars more for a new date and new price because their workers probably didnt book in time! I should have booked directly at the airlines website. Am done! |

[2012-11-09] Arth: Bad! Makes a single hard to control ticket. Discounted 12 dollars WILL be charged to your account after the original charge. My flight was cancelled, I called their line for help : a guy in India picked up and said hold on I'm calling the airline... To their regular 800 customer number! 25 minutes on hold, guy actually comes back and says HE'S been waiting too long and I should call the number. TOTAL CRAP! |
