Car Sleuth Free (v. 1.0.3) Разработано JaredAndGeorge |
Locate your car every time you park! Car Sleuth is an easy to use car locator app that gives you Map, Radar and Compass views so that you can quickly find your lost car. It also has built-in Bluetooth functionality which listens for the disconnect of your specified Bluetooth device, immediately saving your location.
Limited Time BETA Release!
Car Sleuth works manually or with any Bluetooth device to automatically save your GPS location when that device disconnects. You choose the Bluetooth device(s) that you want to use and the next time that device is connected it will automatically find your current location. When the car (or Bluetooth device) is then turned off it will save the current GPS coordinates, allowing you to quickly and easily return to that location.
Spent too much time in a store and then forgotten where you parked? You walk around the parking lot pressing your car keys hoping your car will flash its lights or honk to let you know where you parked. Not any more… When you are ready to find your car, simply use the Car Sleuth notification message to one-click into the Car Sleuth Map, Compass or Radar finding modes. No need to shake your phone or open an application to save your car’s location. Get out of your car and simply walk away, confident that you can find your car again with a simple click.

[2012-01-29] william: Crap app Worst app ever. Does not work. |
|
[2012-01-09] Rayel: So, so at best. Ok, I get the whole pay me for the App pop-up deal, but it is litteraly so fast that I can scarcely get to try the app well enough to tell if it is worth buying, so it is more likely to make me now buy, as opposed to convincing me to buy. Pretty dumb. Because I didn't think there were many Bluetooth-disconnect based auto position saver apps, I've tried to endure the idiotic 10 second pop ups. Truth is, the software is erratic in terms of going back to choose Find, Save, History, sometimes you get that page and sometimes it ends the app. Doh! May be my GPS, but it gets teh posiition pretty wrong most of the time, but yards or even miles, so I have not confidence to trust it. Problem may also be that the locations that are miles off are because it saved the position from 3 shopping stops ago, not just a few minutes ago when I got out. So, the dumb FSH home page would come up consistently, or if I could check the save time of the current Find Your car position, then I'd know that answer. So, basically, I can't see any reason why I should buy it. It had promise, but is let down by a lack of attention to user interface detail. |

[2011-04-09] Terrae: I never forget where I park anymore, haha! |
|
[2011-03-24] Howard: They should not offer a "free" program if they don't what to. The nag screen popping up every 10 seconds makes this "free" program unless. |
|
[2011-03-23] Steve: It works well but they nag you to pay literally every 10 seconds. Change that to 1 time a minute for 5 stars |
