Boat Monitor is in active development for multiple platforms as well as a web application so it is possible to use a wide range of devices to send your boat's position (onboard) and to monitor its position (onshore).
HOW IT WORKS:
On your boat: use the Android application or another device logged into your account to set your anchor's position and swing radius. The application then sends the boat's position to the server every minute or so. This requires an internet connection (wi-fi or cellular data).
On Shore: use the Android application or another device logged into your account to view your boat's position and receive notifications if it drifts outside of the anchor radius.
