Rødt Kort – Vejhjælp i udlandet giver dig adgang til SOS Internationals vejhjælp overalt, hvor Det Røde Kort dækker i Europa. Det kræver kun, at der er tegnet en dansk kaskoforsikring på køretøjet.

Med applikationen kan du udfylde en anmeldelse på skadestedet og sende den digitalt direkte til vores døgnåbne alarmcentral. Sammen med anmeldelsen sendes GPS-oplysninger, så vi nøjagtigt kan se, hvor dit køretøj befinder sig og koordinere assistancen fra nærmeste lokalitet.

Når din anmeldelse er afsendt, vil du i løbet af få øjeblikke få en besked tilbage fra vores alarmcentral om, hvornår hjælpen forventes at være fremme.

Med applikationen kan du:

- Oprette brugeroplysninger, som sendes automatisk sammen med anmeldelsen

- Oprette køretøjsoplysninger, som sendes automatisk sammen med anmeldelsen

- Afsende anmeldelse ved punktering, driftsstop og færdselsuheld

- Tage billeder af skaden, som sendes automatisk sammen med anmeldelsen

- Automatisk afsende geografisk position (GPS-oplysninger) sammen med anmeldelsen

- Beskrive skaden

- Se forsikringsvilkår for redningsforsikring i udlandet

- Få information på forskellige sprog, som kan vises til bugseringsfirmaet, værkstedet eller andre som er involveret i assistancen
