[2011-10-05] A Google User: Good app It is independent of the Internet so it can be used in other countries w/ no issues. It needs to have microphone capability to speak to the app. |

[2011-08-08] A Google User: OK - needs the VOICE Dictionary on Phone Works fairly well, except when you're not Online and want to Speak to Text. Won't work because it uses the Google Speech-to-text engine. If they would load THAT voice recognition piece on the phone I would rate this closer to a 5 - but instead, I had to buy the JIBBIGO app ($5), and will use THAT one for travelling since I can speak & it translates. e.g., NO KEYBOARD required. Think about it: I have to TYPE a sentence, then HAND MY PHONE to someone and hope they can Key into the virtual keyboard! Disappont |
