Postcode Navigator lets you navigate to any UK postcode using the AndNav satellite navigation app. AndNav users will know that its postcode lookup is not very accurate as postcode location data is so expensive. Now you can easily convert a postcode into a latitude / longitude & navigate straight there like any other SatNav!
