French Korean Dictionary (25K references)– travel dictionary to translate French to Korean displaying a list of words in romanised (phonetic) Korean or Korean characters. The dictionary also translates from phonetic Korean or Korean to French. Copying a word from the translated list for a reverse translation can be used to find synonyms and to understand the broader use of the Korean word in the French language. Although the French Korean dictionary does not provide definitions or examples, the use of the translation software in this way provides you with a mechanism to better understand Korean words in the French context without the need for definitions.

[2012-05-07] A Google User: Inaccurate translations and bad UI ENGLISH Most translations are very inaccurate, because the dictionary was made from Korean -> English -> French translations, not directly Korean <-> French. For example, "계산서" means "bill" in English (the one you pay in a restaurant). This meaning of the word "bill" translates to "note", "ticket" or "facture". However, the word "bill" also have other meanings in English, like "law-making project", which translates to "projet de loi" in French. As a result, this dictionary tells us that one the meanings of "계산서" is "projet de loi" in French, which is completely wrong. There are many examples of such mistakes in this app. Overall, most translations are completely wrong. Do NOT use this app to learn vocabulary in French or Korean! FRENCH Les traductions sont inexactes, car le dictionnaire utilisé n'est pas Coréen-Français, mais plutôt Coréen->Anglais->Français. Par exemple le mot "계산서" signifie "bill" en anglais (la "note" au restaurant). En anglais, "bill" peut aussi signifier "projet de loi". Par conséquent, l'une des traductions données par ce dictionnaire pour "계산서" est "projet de loi", ce qui est totalement faux. Ne PAS utiliser pour apprendre du vocabulaire ! |
