Great for finding rooms Bad for the rates. I've always gotten a better rate by calling the hotel directly. When booking directly from the app, watch the dates carefully. They changed on me trying to do a same day reservation, and because of the hotel cancellation policy, it cost me $70 to change the date.

Charged me and never booked They charged my card. Gave me a conformation number and never made the reservation with the hotel. I had to pay again at motel to get a room. Call my bank to dispute the charge, because they would keep transferring me to other departments until i was hung up on. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! !!!!! Liars They say they never charge a change or cancellation fee. What they actually do is charge you a 100% change or cancellation fee and then try to tell you it's the hotels fee. They will tell you they will call the hotel to remove the fee and never call them and then not answer your phone calls afterwards.

They are a rip off I made a reservation with them and then a half hour later I needed to change it. They wanted to charge me a cancellation fee for the full price of the reservation plus another nights stay. They told me they would call the hotel to see if they would cancel the fee for me. Come to find out it wasn't the hotels fee and when I tried to call them back, they kept hanging up on me. Now i'm out the money I paid for the room because I couldn't use the reservation I made.

CJ Had NO problem downloading on Galaxy Nexus. And this app is perfect for ppl like me who don't have the patience to wonder what hotel will be picked for them before paying, or to haggle for the best rate. This app customizes your search perfectly and detailed results are given to you quickly. This, coming from one very picky, very happy customer!

Beware Change/Cancel Penalties!! I will never use this app or site again. I chose the incorrect hotel - I meant to choose a hotel down the street with the same owners. When I realized it a day later (still 2 days prior to my arrival), I called to change to the other hotel. HotelsByMe said they would have to charge me a 1 night change fee because I didn't change it within 8 hours of making the reservation! Had I made the reservation directly with the hotel, there would be no change fee. But HotelsByMe has their own penalty!
