[2013-03-28] A Google User: Don't want ads Since last update about a week ago ads keep popping up even when the app isn't running. I don't like this practice as there is no way of stopping them and don't recall giving permission but I'm sure it's in there somewhere in the smallprint. Ads are getting more frequent and sound like a text coming through. Don't install unless you like being bombarded with ads even when the app isn't running. Uninstalling this app and any others that start doing the same in the future. Spammers, naughty naughty |

[2013-03-26] A Google User: Not anymore This was a very handy tool that helped a lot my Sony Tablet S. However, in order to sell the Deluxe version, this free one, keep bombarding you with spam ads. That's not very nice. I'm uninstalling. |

[2013-03-24] A Google User: Intrusive ads. Dont install Not only does the GPS fix NOT fix the GPS, the software installs intrusive adware that you can't turn off! |
[2013-03-24] A Google User: Intrusive ads The app not only shows adds in the status bar, it also places links on the home screen. Very intrusive! |
[2013-03-23] A Google User: Warning this app will install hidden shorcut Please google check this app, malware or not. Thanks |
[2013-03-23] A Google User: New version uses Airpush. Avoid like the plague if you don't want to be bombarded with continuous ads for dreadful things in your notification bar. And don't buy the paid version - it only encourages them! |
[2013-03-23] A Google User: Too many ads Worked really well, but didn't turn itself off and drained battery, and littered ads |
[2013-03-23] A Google User: Used to like Since the last update I keep receiving ad notifications and they're being placed as apps on my main screen, not cool! Uninstalling! |
[2013-03-23] A Google User: Ad's keep popping up All the sudden ads keep popping up and there is no setting to disable them. DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS! The app is ok but the ads is really shady practice. |

[2013-03-19] A Google User: Spam Installs spam gambling links onto your phone! |
[2013-03-18] A Google User: This app saved my S3 and my sanity! If you are reading this and own a Samsung S3 you are probably going through the same GPS nightmare I went through for months. I tried EVERY app and read every piece of advice out there but nothing worked (and forget about talking to Verizon...they are worthless when it comes to stuff like this). Fortunately, I stumbled across the suggestion to try this app in some random forum...and it worked! I can't believe it! I'm still in shock! I didn't want to write this post until I tested it a bunch of times just in |
[2013-03-18] A Google User: Spam Spammers! Uninstalled! |
[2013-03-18] A Google User: Spammer |
[2013-03-18] A Google User: Bye! Small banners were okay but No, I don't want push adverts. It was a very good app but now I am uninstalling it. |
[2013-03-18] A Google User: Full of spam - stay away Used to be fine and excellent at what it did with a few unobtrusive ads but since an update it's become akin to adware trying to sign up to premium rate text lists, installing shortcuts to software and filling the notification bar with ads |
[2013-03-18] A Google User: Was good, before ads!! Uninstalling, I used to use this every other day or so, but now that the ads pop up all the time, I am going to find another app. |
[2013-03-18] A Google User: Naughty Happy at first. Now ads etc in notification bar.... bye bye. Uninstall |
[2013-03-18] A Google User: Spam notifications Unistalled |
[2013-03-17] A Google User: Beware Airpush add on! I liked this app because the GPS on my Galaxy S sucks, but lately I've been getting AirPush ads. Annoying! Uninstall! |
[2013-03-17] A Google User: Nearly perfect |
[2013-03-17] A Google User: Spam! Airpush spam :/ |
[2013-03-17] A Google User: Uninstalled; several issues The main reason I uninstalled it: it was creating unwanted shortcuts on my "desktop". It worked for a while, but now cannot lock onto GPS. Was going to give it 2 stars, but just because of the invasion of privacy it gets one. |
[2013-03-17] A Google User: AirPush warning It's not just "ad supported", it's AirPush supported. It doesn't even make a difference in GPS fix speed, so there's no longer a reason to keep it around. |
[2013-03-17] A Google User: Good Good |
[2013-03-17] A Google User: Ads Don't bother way to many ads. Used to use this a lot. Please do not install. |
[2013-03-17] A Google User: Crap Apps like this should be banned. Nothing but spam now!!! Way to mess it up Dev!! |
[2013-03-17] A Google User: Spam Now with notification ads and it will put shortcuts to ads in your desktop. Naughty. |
[2013-03-17] A Google User: Bad add implementation I understand having to use ads to support an app people may log into for 5 minutes every couple of months, but banners are unacceptable. I can hide notifications on 4.1, but others might not be so lucky. |
[2013-03-16] A Google User: Ads. App being deleted, ads. |
[2013-03-16] A Google User: Ads Very helpful app but ridiculous push notifications and home screen links. Will look for an alternative. |
[2013-03-16] A Google User: Ads, ads, & more ads If you want constant ads displayed, download this app. Trash... |
[2013-03-15] A Google User: Spam After the last update the amount of spam even when you aren't using the app is immense! |
[2013-03-15] A Google User: WARNING! SPAM! This app serves you a lot of spam via push ads. Uninstalling permanently. |
[2013-03-15] A Google User: Spam notifications and Icons Program works, but it is way to intrusive with its "ads". I don't mind banner ads, but this program also sends spam notifications AND when you run the program it "installs" spam Icons on your home screen.... really!!!!! This is just going WAY to far. Uninstalled program.......... |
[2013-03-14] A Google User: Not good Spam |
[2013-03-14] A Google User: App gone rogue This was a nice app, until the dev started pushing a horrible amount of ads through push service. Ads disturb me at all odd times. |
[2013-03-14] A Google User: Ads Was good until updated with spam. Another loser developer pushing spam to phones |
[2013-03-14] A Google User: Stop with the ads I haven't used this app in awhile. Don't think I even got it to work. Accidentally clicked on the app today. I received two airpush ads in my notification bar in a few hours. I will never download and app that uses airpush |
[2013-03-14] A Google User: Spam |
[2013-03-13] A Google User: Notification ads Ads in notifications. If these are removed, app will be 5 stars. Can't recommend this app with spam notifications. AirPush ads are not ok ever. |
[2013-03-13] A Google User: Virus prog flagged it as intrusive apparently known to be full of adware |
[2013-03-12] A Google User: Spam ads Wtf! It was a great tool until the last update... Since the last update I always get spam ads... Uninstalled |
[2013-03-12] A Google User: Out of bounds ads I get that some apps make money from ads. But this one, in addition to notification spam, **also** puts icons on the home screen that lead to web spam. Out of bounds, ought to be less than one star. |
[2013-03-12] A Google User: W spam Not working and installing spam |
[2013-03-12] A Google User: Generates ***SPAM*** Notifications and Shortcuts I've been using this app for some time and used to think it was quite nifty. It has in-app ads which I am OK with. However, since a recent update it creates very annoying ***SPAM*** Notifications and Shortcuts. I consider such behaviour a breach of trust by the developer. I am uninstalling and looking for another similar app. |
[2013-03-11] A Google User: Amazing. All work now. Fixed my gps location. |
[2013-03-11] A Google User: Ads,ads, ads Homescreen advertising icons placed by an app? Spam notifications? Are you kidding me? DO NOT INSTALL. |
[2013-03-11] A Google User: Installed icons It keeps putting icons on my phone, /gaming slots /shopping and so on |
[2013-03-11] A Google User: App works but spam App works but floods your phone with free apps and ad notifications. |
[2013-03-11] A Google User: Good but could be best...!! It is good but takes more time when indoors.. |
[2013-03-11] A Google User: Pushing spam notifications UNINSTALL |
[2013-03-11] A Google User: SpamSpamSpamSpamSpamSpam Nothing against ad-supported freeware. But when an app downloads spam several times a day and even adds icons of "recommended" freeware to my desktops, that's going too far -- way too far. The app itself works well, I would have purchased the full version. But for this...? Android Labs, if you read this: GO BACK! You're going the wrong way. |
[2013-03-10] A Google User: Ads Ads in notification bar is an automatic uninstall |
[2013-03-10] A Google User: Spam, just like everyone else has said. The app actually works pretty well, but spams you VERY frequently. |
[2013-03-10] A Google User: SPAM this app installs spam on your android. Beware |
[2013-03-10] A Google User: Terrible Was a great app before the last update. Now you get ad notification spam. I'm uninstalling it right now. |
[2013-03-10] A Google User: Installs spam apps Beware. They are probably spyware to watch and steal your information. Do not download! |
[2013-03-10] A Google User: I downloaded and i got my device full of spam |
[2013-03-09] A Google User: It WAS a great app It was a great app before last update hsppened. Spam and adds |
[2013-03-09] A Google User: Super App It takes from about half to one minute. But give very accurate positioning. Love it! Wish it could take lesser time though. |
[2013-03-09] A Google User: Spam! After installing this it kept putting shortcuts for spam on my home screen. Then it started putting notifications to download in my notifications bar! Horse crap! Uninstalled! Reported! |
[2013-03-08] A Google User: Another unsatisfied user. Push notifications. Ad spam. It's been said. I had to use a couple apps to figure out where they were coming from. Had this app for years. Not anymore. |
[2013-03-08] A Google User: Prejeesh Good performance |
[2013-03-08] A Google User: Used to be great Outrageous spamware |
[2013-03-08] A Google User: Spam Remove spam and its good thing again. |
[2013-03-08] A Google User: This app will spam you I am now uninstalling this app as it recently started to spam me with random messages. |
[2013-03-08] A Google User: DONT INSTALL THIS CRAP ! airpush = evil ! 'nuff said, Hell yeah ! Tim, Baton Rouge, LA |
[2013-03-08] A Google User: Pushes ads to notification bar I use to enjoy this app but it suddenly started advertising in the notification bar abs placing icons on the home screen, which I find unacceptable. |
[2013-03-08] A Google User: Fine before it became a spam machine I started seeing little red stars in my notification panel recently along with ridiculously sketchy ads for free money. Since GPS Fix had been on my phone for months I didn't suspect it as a culprit. I had to download two programs to scan for malware before seeing that GPS Fix had begun using AirPush-style marketing to support itself. I have no problem with supporting free apps with advertising, but these little red star spam messages that seemed to appear from nowhere only serves to erode trust and confidence in the relationship between Android users and app makers. I've never been moved to write a negative app review before, but this was an extraordinarily awful experience and -- without sounding melodramatic -- a small betrayal of my trust. |
[2013-03-08] A Google User: Spammmm Thanks. Now I gotta clean out my phone from these crap app installs. |
[2013-03-08] A Google User: Spam Was a great app. Uninstalled until developer removes the spam. Not impressed that they started popping up after last update. |
