Notify someone by text message when you get within a certain distance of a location.
Example uses, notifying:
someone when picking them up,
yourself when you reach a location (e.g. on a train)
No updates for a while due to accidental deletion of source code and honeymoon... back soon with complete rewrite-website for suggs
