Interface : you can speak in English by clicking on the speak in button. The Phone will say it back in Spanish.

If the accent of the Spanish is weird please
change your Text-to-speech phones setting
to Spanish.

How to change the "Text-to-speech" to Spanish.
1) click on "Settings" icon on your phone
2) Go to "Voice input & output"
3) Go to "Text-to-speech"
4) Go to "Language"
5) Pick Spanish

you should be set.
