Best CAR DOCK APP Motorola makes a good car dock but you cant silence the incoming Text messages. Well that is till i tried this and it is 10x better and no annoying speaking texts.

Always getting better Really nice already with constant improvements. Would love a gesture or always visible or voice command for voice search though. Over rides home 2 shortcut to prevent launcher from displaying so that doesn't work either. Really my only complaint at this point !

Best car dock app! Highly recommended. This app is leagues above the competition - everything works, and it's pretty loaded with features. Customer suppor is excellent: prompt, personlized responses from the devs and they listen to requests. New customization of icons was something I really wanted and they just recently incorporated this feature. Hoping to see some small tweaks like hide action bar option but all these are gravy at this point. Get the trial, then you will see!

TRIAL It is a pretty good app but it ended up being a trial. Just as I was getting used to it the trial ended and it was of no use to me. I was not able to add my data on off widget which makes this app sometimes annoying to me. I won't buy until I can add this widget.

Good, needs GS3 fix Needs to manage Driving Mode on GS3. Managed Car Mode does not speak messages, you have to turn on Drive Mode toggle separately

Fantastic! This is a polished and well thought out app. Must have for driving. Extremely customizable. Several screens to put your top apps in easy view and with media controls. Home button takes you right back to the app. Feel much safer driving and my wife does too! Will be buying the paid version. SVOX voice integrates perfectly and the driving app has volume control so you will always have the right level for your music and voice. Also tracks the city and street you are on. Awesome!

Great app! My old Motorola phone had a great car app built into the dock that launched automatically. With this app I don't miss that anymore. When I connect my phone to the dock, it automatically launches this app along with all of my settings within the app and does it very fast! I can dock my phone and have it playing my selected play list in Google play music in seconds! I'm buying it!

Not working. Seems good app but major flaws on my device... No phone button. Will only let me add direct dial for specific nos. Home button over-ride does not work. Google music difficult to use. No idea what track, artist etc will come on when you press play. Phone display settings messed up. Display stays on when charging even when you have exited app! Can't charge phone beside bed anymore at night and nothing seems to fix it even when uninstalled. Many more. Maybe its my old android version... Be careful with this ap

Outstanding car dock I have the iBolt car dock for my S3 and after using this dick app, I won't likely go back to iBolts. The interface is clean and easy to read and cycle through. The night mide is especially handy on long drives, dimming the display so its not overly distracting. Give the trial a shot, but you'll likely be buying the unlocker.

Very good all round Update: With the latest update why the additional media icons and the sleep mode I have to give out a 5. I liked this programme so much I bought the unlocker. It automates my connection to the car Bluetooth seamlessly and is now the app I start when I get in my car. The only thing that would make this app better is the current song in the top line instead of the street.

Solid but no need for gps use Its a solid app and a good developer. It desperately needs an option to turn off in-app gps use ie. speedometer etc, and I'd like better music integration and option to change icons to higher res ones. My sygic icon sucks for exampe in the free app Custom Car Home i can change it. Ive switched to this app for now in combo with Car Kit app to start it. With a few changes this would be the better app if only due to the night mode.

Samsung GSIII - Works good, but after update...... When I have my GSIII in the car dock in "Car mode", I have CarHome set to launch as the default. As of the update yesterday, it prompted me again this morning to set a default when docking (by default sammy wants us to use s voice), so I selected the check box to always do this action and selected CarHome. Phone froze, or TouchWiz at least and I had to restart the phone. After reboot I placed it back in the dock and the default setting took and fired up CarHome. So Instantly wanted to try the new features a

Great car dock app! The car dock/mode is my favorite feature in Android. I have tried several car docks and I always come back to this one. Looks great, has great features to help get your phone in the right bluetooth modes (A2DP) and I like that you can easily get to the home screen without exciting the app, just press home and your back in.

Great App I use the app on my modded tablet install in my 2001 nissan Frontier. the tablet hs replaced my stock radio as it does everything and more. This is my flagship app used to get to all relevent apps attached. Everything is right there in the CarHome main screen. could you add a volume control so that I dont have to leave the screen in order to turn it up or down, the this app will be 100% hands down the best car app........not to say it isnt already! WK

Galaxy S2 Greatly improved! I have been playing around with the app during the most recent updates and I'm loving it, the addition of the fast forward and rewind buttons are a nice touch to the media player; I also like the sleep mode option that saves battery life when not in use. Good work developers! In my opinion this app is truly worthy of 5 stars.

Great app Great app. I bought the unlocker. Dev is very responsive and added a feature I requested. I use Tasker to open the app and keep the screen on when it connects to my BT in my car and charging. Tasker then resets screen settings and closes CHU when my car is turned off.

A necessity! I love this app. Purchased the license, and have no regrets. I have an NFC tag on my car dock that turns on bluetooth. This app auto-starts when bluetooth is connected, and exits when bluetooth disconnects. Fantastic! I now go by the speedometer on the app over my car's as I find it is more accurate at higher speeds. A car's built-in speedometer tends to read that you are going faster than you actually are. The only thing I would like to see is a "now playing" programmable button for Google Play Music which lists the current track and perhaps the album art. Too often I am listening to tunes in my car and want to know the name of the track at a glance. Also, the media buttons don't work until you start up a music app, so I can't just hit the play/pause button right away, instead I have to open Google Play Music and then it will work. If these two things were fixed, I would not hesitate to give a five-star rating. Landscape mode is the way to go!

Best In-Car App I've toyed with a lot of different in-car apps, and this is by far the most full-featured option I've found. The default settings are perfect for anyone who wants to just download and use instantly without tinkering, but what won me over are the number of ways it can be customised to suit individual use, right down to colour customisation for a unique look. It's even better with the new Google Now update that makes it so easy to text, email, launch apps, etc. using only voice commands. Strongly recommend.

best car app for android easily worth the 2 bucks has a few quirks with my custom rom GS3(brightness and screen timout settings sometimes dont change back automatically when i exit carhome but sometimes they do??) but other than that very solid app only thing i could ask for is maybe a slicker looking interface it looks a little dated makes your phone much safer to use in the car once you set it up properly i made my wife purchase it for hers too and all the people below giving one star because the trial runs out stop being so cheap..is yours and your passengers safety not worth the measly 2 dollars he charges for this app?.. its worth every penny

Helpful developer Still having problems with the media buttons stopping working if I switch from Tunein radio app to the Google Play music app but the developer is being very cooperative trying to help me fix. Everything else is working great. Update: problem above still persists, I was forced to switch to InDrive which doesn't have this problem.
