TFL will give a refund if you're delayed by more than 15 minutes, for reasons within the control of TFL.
TFL won't refund if the delay is beyond their control such as security alerts, third party action, bad weather and for service changes advertised in advance.
Claim within 14 days of the delay or you won't get a refund.

Our service is to provide you with an application to streamline the London Underground Tube refund process through your device. Please do not contact us with regards to any refunds. We are not responsible for any changes London Underground may make to its website that could affect the application, but should this happen we will endeavour to update the application as and when changes occur.

[2012-05-17] art: Useless Tried 5 times to submit a claim. Checked carefully that the form was correctly filled but each time the claim is rejected because the claim was missing data. Save your money and find another app. |

[2012-02-23] Dan: so simple Just received £9.30 in refunds from journeys last month. Only problem is the app says my oyster is invalid so doesn't send that with the claim so TFL send me a form in the post asking for it. |
