The first radar detector app right on your Android device! Forget buying expensive equipment that requires installation, just open this app and go.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Many police officers use laser speed detection, which can not be picked up by radar detectors.

Your phone is able to detect strong radio signals, just like the ones directed at your car by police when measuring your speed. This radar detector will alert you if there is a speed radar nearby.

This app is just for novelty purposes; do not rely on it. Also, speeding is bad.

Actually Works The radar detector works but it usually goes off a little late. By the time it goes off, the cop will already have the speed. Update please!

App is useless Was in PA, everytime it went off there weren't any cars in sight, when I drove past a sitting cop car at 120mph it didn't go off at all. Useless.....

Garbage App Drove right passed a group of cops with the radar gun, didn't even alert me. All its good for is the speed your going. I do not recommend app.

Love this novelty item Yes, it does work just by the time it alerts you with a red lock alert the police are already to close to slow down.

Does not detect X / K / KA Band radar at all! I own a handheld X/K/KA Band radar gun, and have aimed the gun at my Droid 3 with this app installed and running. It never changed signal levels at all. I aimed it from all angles, and I increased the distance from 5 feet to about 50 feet with no difference. It never reacted to the RF my gun was putting out. Uninstalled.

Scam! This app is a database running off GPS not a detector. I passed right next to a speed cam and nothing happened. Same with the next 5 or so cams.

This app is not a cop detector. Hinse the name "RADAR". It works when they use a radar to clock your speed in " speedtraps".
