The Logistrics On Call solution is an application that works on any Android Smartphone or Tablet device and provides Service Providers the ability to operate a service call dispatch and vehicle tracking system. The hand-held application connects to a server program that provides Service Providers the ability to schedule orders, allocate orders to service staff(s) based on skills required for a specific service call and their availability, price service calls, identify and assign parts/equipment necessary to complete the service request, dispatch service vehicles, generate invoices, monitor service vehicles, etc. Field service personnel can receive from and send service requests & messages to the dispatch centre allowing for a seamless operation. They can also use the navigation functionality including turn by turn and voice support reducing travel time to locations.
