As bad as their website The only thing this app is good for is providing a link to navigation (to their locations). I get that Hertz wants to be recognized globally, but is it REALLY necessary to scroll thru a list of 200 countries when looking up rental locations? Most of those countries listed barely have electricity. And if you would EVER happen to want to make a change to a Gold reservation, you will be pleasantly frustrated. I have seen better programming from 12 year olds.

Please fix for android Fix on android... Opens up the dailer when we select a date. Cannot type in a date thus cannot make a reservation. Currently worthless.

App doesn't work Keep getting error on page when trying to make a reservation. Navigating doesn't seem to work well on touchscreen. Will try the competition. Nexus S. After a year, I decided to try the application again. New device, Android 4.2.1. Still no good. It was quicker calling and making a reservation since this app doesn't work.

Doesn't acknowledge that I'm logged in I logged into the app, saw my name at the top, then when I went to the home screen to see my reservations, it made me log in again. I tried a few times with no success, I'm just going to uninstall it, maybe they'll fix it someday.

Buggy and does not store authentication details Great idea and could be a great tool if it did not require constant authentication to try and do anything. Very poor screen resolution which would be tolerable on a tablet but not on a phone.

Dangerously broken app. BEWARE - Along with problems of rental dates turning into phone numbers, it will also forget that you have chosen LDW insurance, and ignore some CDP accounts. This has caused me billing issues that I'm still trying to resolve a month later. I cannot rely on this app, and I travel/rent EVERY week. May change rental company because of this.

Worst rental car app on the market App refreshes the screen every time I type in my reservation ID or last name erasing one or the other in the process making it impossible to actually use. This is without a doubt the worst mobile car rental app on the market. Hertz should really rethink their mobile strategy if they are going to allow a product like this to be shipped to customers.

Nope! I am a Hertz Pres Circle member and rent from them frequently. You need an app that works, Hertz! You are better off synching with a third party app than trying to use this one.
