Commuter is a mobile application for getting commuting directions, either by walk, public transportation, cycling, or combination of them.

Since it acts a client for the OpenTripPlanner system, it can in theory work with any deployed system.

Currently supports:

* Portland: TriMet Regional Trip Planner (RTP)
* Israel: Hamakor – Israeli Society for FOSS


The source code is now available from a public repository under a free software license:

GetMe2 Los Angeles is designed to get you from where you are to where you want to go, all using the public transport system available to you!

Bus, Light Rail and Heavy Rail times are stored on your phone so once you're up and running no Internet connection is required to access times.

Some features include:

- Stop selection via map (no need to know your stop number)
- Point to point allowing selection of a departure and arrival point, the rest of the work will be done for you!
- Ability to find stops near your location and display the routes of all services departing these stops
- Stop times displayed on the map for each stop
- Set an alarm before your service departs/arrives/transfers
- Support for service transfers. This means all trip times are displayed, unlike other transport apps that sometimes miss over half of the services available
- Journey planner with customisable transfer time links multiple services so you can make your connections
- Show alternate services between selected stops
- Street address for every stop listed
- Favourite routes with customisable names
- Include nearby stops with customisable search radius. i.e. include all stops within 100 metres of the selected stops for your trip
- Filter services by transport type (bus/train/tram) and/or service name
- Direction switcher to view services in the opposite direction
- Stop filter so stops in the opposite direction aren't displayed
- Select how many days in advance to show service times for, or increase search day by day
- Show all services frequenting a stop by selecting the stop from the map
- Easy to navigate screen flow
- Automatically checks for timetable updates
- Gesture support for moving between tabs

Compatible with tablets although not officially supported at this stage.

Comment ça marche ?

Le paiement Mobile :

A l’ouverture de son compte, le client enregistre sa carte de paiement depuis un espace entièrement sécurisé.
Lors d’une course, le chauffeur saisi le code client ainsi que le montant à encaisser sur l’application TRACKINEO. Le montant à régler s’affiche immédiatement sur le mobile du client qu’il valide en 1 seul clic. Un ticket de paiement est immédiatement envoyé sur les deux Mobiles pour confirmation.

La gestion de courses commandées :

Le client peut ajouter son taxi à ses favoris et peut le réserver lorsqu’il le souhaite depuis le profil de son taxi.
Après avoir choisi la date, l’heure et les adresses de départ et d’arrivée, le chauffeur reçoit immédiatement une alerte sur son Mobile.

La demande de prise en charge affiche toutes les informations concernant le client pour aider le taxi à mieux personnaliser son service (trajets, musique, presse …).

La fidélisation client :

Avec TRACKINEO, les taxis peuvent désormais fidéliser leurs clients en leur offrant des points cadeaux à moindre coût.

How does it work?

Once the application is installed, create your account and register your credit card on your secure area. An identifier of payment is shown on the application home, you will use to pay for your trip.

Booking

After completing the reservation form, you receive a confirmation with all the information about the driver who will appear at the appointment place.

Payment

The driver entered your ID on the payment system and the amount to be paid immediately displayed on your Mobile. It only remains for you to confirm your payment by entering your access code. A payment receipt will be displayed and emailed for confirmation.

Security

All transmitted data is fully secured by the security protocol exchanges on Mobile Internet (SSL).

Your bank details are stored and encrypted by our payment partner PAYBOX certified PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) for electronic payment solutions for internet and proximity.
