Unlike the usual navigation programs you see in nowadays, NavigationS is designed for MULTI-location navigation with no specified sequence.

NavigationS will show you the best way to travel all the locations you have added with minimum time consumed. During the navigation, two modes are available.
In map mode, the locations are marked with special flags that tell you the sequence to visit. The color of the path will change when you are going to the next location. All the information you need is presented in the simplest way.
In list mode, detailed information is provided in sequence. You will know how to travel all the spots in just one sight.

READ FIRST BEFORE REPLYING NEGATIVE: This app uses google maps and navigation beta which are five star programs, if it doesnt work right for you your doing something wrong. If it freezes or is not accurate has nothing to do with this program, either you have something disabled or your not giving google maps proper permissions. If you never used google maps on your phone yes it will be slow to load the first time. If it works well for you please comment, I have almost 1k downloaded and 4 out of 1000 are the only ones thats commented on it not working for them.

For most accuracy turn on gps with assist and wireless networks. When it accesses google maps set it to walking for feet measurement, then get directions. Also for even finer pin point measurment tap the blue icon in the top right corner to access google navigation beta which gives you aerial satellite view and voice assist, with a arrow that changes direction with your phone to guide you. It can only be as accurate as the map system allows it and if you use it and only walk 5ft away it will most likely give a faulty reading.

Great app with a simple interface. When you park your car hit the "Remember this Location" button and go about your business. When your ready to locate your car, hit the "Remembered Location" button to access a map that will lead you to your vehicle. You can use this with other forms of transportation also, such as motorcycles,bikes, or any other object you place at a distance. For best results set maps to walking distance, This will provide measurement in feet. If your bicycling use bicycle setting, driving use driving setting etc. etc. For best accuracy use gps, assisted gps and cell towers.

Must have gps enabled to use this app.
Must have google maps installed on phone.

A simple SMS based application that can be used to co-ordinate lift clubs. The application requires a dedicated device, as all SMSs received will be actioned.

Users can offer or request a lift on predefined routes,
other users are able to follow routes to receive notifications of new lifts offered or requested.

Send an SMS with 'help' to the device running the app for available SMS commands.

Permissions:
- Send/Receive SMS: Obvious as it's an SMS based app :)
- Internet: Database backup via email
- Read Contacts: Check for contact name when receiving SMS from new number
- Read Phone State: Read the phone's own number to prevent looping SMSs

This application was conceptualized and sponsored by Hartmut Bohmer

Usage:

- All numbers are stored in international format, i.e +278.... and must be sent like that when mapping or setting admin
- Route names must have no spaces. They are stored in lower case, but SMSs can be any case.
- All followers of a route are updated when an lift is offered/requested
- A user who offers/request a route is automatically added as a follower of that route until they clear their offer/request

Admin Interface:
- Add a name to a number:
     admin map [number] [name]
     e.g. admin map +27821234567 UserName

- Set a user as admin
     admin setadmin [number] [true|false]
     e.g. admin setadmin +27821234567 false

- Add a route
     admin addroute [routename]
     e.g. admin addroute durban

User Interface:
- Get statistics of last weeks worth of updates, as well as the routes you are currenlty following:
     blank SMS (can be a space, if the phone won't allow you to send a blank SMS)

- Follow a route
     [routename] f
     e.g. durban f

- Un-Follow a route
     [routename] u
     e.g. durban u

- Offer a lift
     [routename] [number of people] [time leaving in 24hr format]

- Request a lift

Autolycus Bus Time Predictions (v. 1.7)

Autolycus is a simple program for viewing Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), Ohio State University (TRIPS), and New York City Transit (MTA, only M32/M34) bus arrival/departure predictions from the Android home screen.

Just add the shortcut to your home screen to use. You will then have quick, easy access to see the latest bus arrival times.

MTA has only rolled out support for two bus lines, M16 and M34. They appear to be moving to another API for their B63 and more routes, so this app will likely not work with any others.
