Radio Nav Aids is an aircraft radio navigation instrument simulator. A huge world wide database of DME's, VOR's and VORTAC's is built in. Both a VOR (VHF Omni-directional Range) and HSI (Horizontal Situation Indicator) can be simulated. Both also have a classic 7-segment simulated DME (Distance Measuring Equipment) displayed consisting of slant distance, groundspeed and ETA. The simulator utilises GPS and the device's magnetic compass to accurately display the VOR or HSI magnetic radial (corrected for the local magnetic variation).

The simulator is intended for training purposes only and must not be used for actual aircraft navigation. It is ideal for learning how the VOR and HSI work in convenient location other than an aircraft cockpit.

The trial version is limited to displaying the simulated radio navigation aid instrument for 45 seconds only before returning to the main selection screen. If your devices GPS has trouble locking within the 45 seconds limit then first get an initial GPS lock with Google Maps. Ads are also shown on the selection screen and the simulated radio navigation aid screen. The full version does not have ads or the timeout.

The app calculates the distance you have traveled from the starting point.
You can use if while driving or walking. It tells you the TOTAL DISTANCE you have traveled.

The app connects your device to satellite, fetches your position, and then as per your position changes, it adds up the distance.

We plan to add more features to this app, let us know if you have any suggestions.

"Nerde Bu Otobüs?" uygulaması size bir çok özellik sunmaktadır. Bunlar:

--İstanbul ilindeki bütün otobüs hatlarını listeleme
--Hatların duraklarını harita üzerinde gösterme
--Hatların güzergahını harita üzerine çizebilme
--Otobüslerin yaklaşık saat kaçta duraklara vardığını gösterme

--Otobüslerin ne tarafa doğru gitmekte olduğunu gösterme

"Where is my bus?" is an application, that shows you where IETT busses are in Istanbul. Additionally, It not only shows of the stops of specified line but also shows you the schedules of specified stop of pre chosen line. Moreover, It draws line route on map. Here are the steps of showing busses on map.

1.Choose a line.
2.Choose an option for line. (Show Line Stops, Show Line Stop Schedules, Show Bus Locations)

Please note that, locations of busses delays up to 4 minutes. We are not responsible of validity of data because It is being fetched from IETT.

Like other mapping and routing applications, Ride the City finds the shortest distance between two points, with a difference. Use the 'report an error' button on the bottom left of the map to submit routing problems and suggestions, or you can email us at info@ridethecity.com. We will quickly apply your suggestions so you get a better route the next time you use Ride the City.
