ZipThemer в Android Market

ZipThemer (v. 2.4)

A theme installer with MetaMorph compatibility. It builds flashable "update.zip" files onboard the device by combining your existing system files with modifications from the theme files of your choosing. Supported files formats are ZipThemer and MetaMorph theme files.

Good App inside ugly UI The app works as advertised and nothing more. Does not even comply with holo standards. Once (if you ever do) fix the unfriendly and ugly UI, you will have 5 stars consistently, I'll wager. Good luck on obtaining the total package!
