Calculates pressure drop (head loss) of a fluid, in straight circular pipes due to friction. Input parameters for this app is pipe diameter, lenght of pipe, pipe roughness (app includes default values for widely used pipes), flow rate in several expressions, and physical properties of the flow medium). At first the Darcy friction factor f,is calculated depending upon the type of flow that exist in the pipe. So, if Reynolds number is less than 2000 (laminar flow), the f=64/Re formula is used to calculate the friction factor f. If Reynolds number is more than 2000 (transition or turbulent flow), an approximation of the Colebrook equation (Swamee-Jain equation) is used in order to calculate friction factor f. Then Darcy-Weisbach equation is used finally to calculate the pressure loss.

* backup can be SEND directly to a safe storage via bluetooth, email or cloud storage
* the backup file is overwritten on the deletion, so that it cannot be restored by recovery tools
* initial data load using the restore function based on CSV import file
* app is locked automatically, when there is was user input for 2 minutes (timeout is configurable)
* "exit" menu on all screens, that stops the app completely
* optional self-destruction function after 7 unsuccessful logon attempts
* user name and password can be copied to the clipboard and are deleted automatically after 30 seconds
* configurable password generator
* on Honeycomb and ICS systems, the application prevents that sensitive data is shown in screenshots for the "recent apps" list

NATO Phonetic Alphabet Translator allows you to translate sentences into their NATO alphabet equivalent. Use the NATO Phonetic Alphabet to spell out important information as in your full name, postal code, street name, phone number, etc. For example, in English the letter 'A' translates into the word 'Alpha' in the NATO Alphabet Phonetic Language. The letter 'B' would be translated into the word 'Bravo' and so on.


This application allows you to keep a list of your Favorite words or sentences that you would have previously translated. It will also speak the translated sentence for you in any of the following languages: English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
