This app will fix the EvDo problem on AOSP 1.6 ROM ONLY.

When switching to WIFI and back to EvDo, AOSP 1.6 ROM will lose EvDo data connection. Run this app to get it back without rebooting.

if you dont know what this means, you don't need it.
