2、可设置一个监控手机号，监控群发状况。
使用的必要条件：
1、必须拥有至少一个信息名址信息名址SDK帐号；
2、信息名址账号中必须有足够的短信剩余量。
备注：
1、群发时，因为不通过手机的SIM卡群发，不会对SIM卡进行扣费；
2、群发扣费帐号为登录时输入的信息名址帐号。
