This app toggles the WiFi setting on or off with one press. There is no user interface. WiFi usually takes a few seconds to connect and show the icon on the status bar.

Works great with Setting Profiles to toggle my wifi off and on when the wifi craps out on my Droid! Use start, nothing, pause 3secs, start, nothing.
