Time 2 Time is a time converter useful to software developers who might need to deal with time values. C/C++ stores time values as seconds since midnight, Jan 1, 1970, GMT; Java stores time as milliseconds. Time 2 Time easily converts these to date values (mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm) in both GMT and local time zone.
