A simple mortgage calculator utility to quickly perform mortgage calculations on the fly based on mortgage rate, length of mortgage, down payment amount,payment frequency, etc. Added two more fields tax and insurance for calculating pay amount.

[2012-04-28] A Google User: Broken When you change the repayment period from monthly to bi-weekly to weekly, the amount should not increase. It told me my mortgage would go from 1800 monthly to 1000 bi-weekly to 700 weekly. |
