Talking Clock (v. 1.4.4) Разработано Fredric Ericsson |
Allows you to with a simple click know what time it is without the need of taking your phone out of your pocket.
You can also set an interval for automatic announcement of what the current time is.
Usage:
* click your power button 2-3 times while the background service is running and it will say in a text to speech voice what the current time is.
* Used for example when you have earphones and telephone in your pocket, so you don't have to take it out to know what the time is.
Info:
* You might need to go into "voice input & output" -> "text to speech settings" to install TTS default data.
* Request a feature and i'll probebly add it, i read all comments and mails, even if i do not answer.
Give me some feedback in comments and suggestions about stuff you might want added

[2013-01-12] A Google User: Phone good, tablet probs I lose track of time, and this app helps remind me that time is ticking! This app worked well on my phone, so I loaded it on my tablet to announce the time and help me locate it when needed. Well, it works when turning it on, but won't announce the hour. There is no option displayed to choose an interval. I'm assuming that it is a bug to be fixed? |
|
[2012-12-20] A Google User: doesnt speak the time I did everything and nothin worked |
|
[2012-12-12] A Google User: Good app Can you please make it to announce 9 PM instead of nine zero zero PM? If there can be an addition of one or two more voices, then it will be great. Of all the talking clock apps, this one is the best :-) |

[2012-09-03] A Google User: Convenient Great app. It's simple, convenient and does what it says. Now when I'm waiting for something I don't have to constantly check my phone. This will tell me what time it is. I love that you can set a volume for the app separate from your phone volume. |
|
[2012-08-20] A Google User: Didn't work on HTC sense at all |
|
[2012-08-13] A Google User: Love it. Thank you. Works perfectly and does exactly what I needed. I can lose track of time too easily when I'm listening to music and this keeps me on track. No need to pull out & wake up phone every time I need to check the time. Thx!! |
|

|
[2012-08-11] A Google User: the best talking clock there is no better talking clock at least for free it would be nice if there was integrated alarm |
|
[2012-08-10] A Google User: Very Good app Does what I wanted it to do - just speak the time at whatever interval I select. I like that I can customize the words used to announce the time. I like that it has it's own separate volume control if desired. I also like that it has an automatic disable/enable time period. So far it runs smoothly on my Optimus V. It uses much less resources than some of the other talking clock apps. Update: Out of the talking clock apps I used this one is my favorite. It's simple and works well. No bugs. Increasing from 4 to 5 stars. |

[2012-06-23] A Google User: Incorrect... The time is pronounced incorrectly. Instead of saying its two o'clock... It says... Its two zero zero o'clock. Otherwise its a nice app. Also 24 hour time is pronounced wrong... Needs to say fourteen hundred hours, but again it says 14 zero zero hours. |

[2012-06-13] A Google User: 4 stars Good app because it can tell the time in any language ( if you have TTS installed for that language ). Also you can print the text to be spoken. It has a bug. Sometimes it stopps from itself. I wish developer will fix this. |
