Displays real-time cpu, memory, storage (sdcard and internal) and battery usage.
v1.5: The overdue fix for cupcake. Other minor fixes still needed.
Notes:
-Available memory represents the amount of RAM available to Linux, not total physical RAM.
-Only 76MB of the system storage is directly available to the use
