SysInfo Widget show the system info on your Android Home and it's only 1x1 space and in a detailed screen.
To add the Widget:
1) Long Press on Home
2) Choose Widget
3) Choose SysInfo
To remove the ADS make a free donation (Min. 1€);
when you'll receive my mail you'll activate the program.
