Breaks CM7 2.3.4 DO NOT install if you're running CM7. There were some changes in the way CM handles the radios and this app was not updated. It will break your radio functionalities partially/entirely and potential require a factory reset (ie looping force closes on phone.apk, no signal, etc.)

Improved battery life on my sgs tremendously. Partial wake should be normal as wakelock is required for the app to execute most operations.
