Speed Control keeps track of your speed while driving and if you drive too fast, the speed control will warn you, and keep telling you about the consequences of your speed:

* The fine
* Whether your speed can cause a note in the driving license
* Whether your speed can cause a withdrawal of driving license

Besides using Speed Control in your car, you can also simulate a desired speed by pulling the needle on the speedometer. That way you can test your settings, or use  Speed Control to see the consequences of a given speed without having to drive.
