Smith Chart Matching Calc (v. 1.3) Разработано Wake Technologies |
This app allows you to design RF impedance matching networks using the ever popular medium of the Smith Chart. You can enter the conditions you are matching under, including frequency and starting/target impedance, then add inductors, capacitors, resistors and transmission line to build your matching network.
Suitable for students, hobbyists and professionals.
Press the Menu key on your device to access application functions. Operating instructions are given in the Help section.
Feel free to contact me to suggest improvements and features, or to report any bugs you have encountered. Some additional features are being planned.

[2012-06-23] A Google User: Very simple to use ... I haven't verified how accurate the results are (as one reviewer mentions), but even so, it gets one into the ballpark where one can tweak the values to suit their needs. What I would like to see included in the 'list' (top left of screen), is the 'Z0', and also the 'Info' results, instead of having to press "I" - OK, pressing "I' and getting the results added to the 'list' would also be great. Reason for asking - because if one takes a screen snapshot, all the relevant data would then be available. Having a schematic would be the cherry on top !!! Overall a very nice App..... |

[2012-03-24] A Google User: OK so far Meh, pretty good, but basic, not sure if your algorithms are 100% but values slightly out from manual calculations. See rfdude{dot}com for good example of where to take this with quick match, vswr circles and frequency hot keys, good so far. Æ (dj Adam Eve) |

[2011-11-23] A Google User: Excellent! But.. Is it possible to add schematics and a solver? For instance you enter two components and hit a "solve"-button which calculates the component values! |
