Not for Captivate with CM 7.2 The pro version did unlock so that it could see another SIM. Unfortunately in the process it trashed all the radios and modems. Factory reset and OS reinstall didn't fix it. USB also gone. Fortunately the restore does work, so that and another OS install gave me back a working phone.
