ScheduleWallpaper is an application which allows you to schedule wallpaper changes on your convinience.
You can specify the time when the wallpaper change will happen and the frequency between daily, weekly and monthly.

This application is using internal alarms to wake up the phone and perform the wallpaper change, so it will not affect your battery consumption in any way.

Above Average; I highly recommend this app Pros: -easy to use -I don't have to look at the same picture everyday -not near as battery intensive as a live wallpaper Cons: -needs more frequency than daily, weekly, or monthly (a good idea for a paid version)

This allows daily rotation but not random select by folder. Useless.
