Scandinavian Keyboard (v. 1.4.6)

This is an onscreen keyboard. It's a modification of the Android keyboard, originally with Norwegian, Swedish, Danish keyboard layouts in addition to the English layout. Now it also has Faroese, Finnish, German, Icelandic and Northern Sámi. Install separate applications to get dictionaries to the keyboard.

After installation, you have to press open in market and read the instructions to activate the keyboard.
To access settings, press and hold the ?123-key.
Press the back-button on your device to close the keyboard.

Perfect It's a perfect keyboard! But "auto dictionary" does not react, if word count is changed from 4 (e.g. 2, 5, etc). It still learns after 4 spellings. And case sensitivity (on/off) in "auto dictionary" also does not work. The learning of auto dictionary remains case sensitive. They worked with Android 2.2, but now on 4.0 they don't work.

It works The App completely replaces the standard keyboard on your phone, and seamlessly integrates with other Apps. It is possible to disable the App again, without having to uninstall it. Only downsides are: - The App can only be installed in the Internal memory. (Your phones ROM) - The App does not have the "Swype" functionality that the original keyboards have.

Nice with some issues. Works nicely in general. One big bug for me tho; when typing SMS on my sgs in vertical mode, it doesn't show the "x letters left until 2nd sms is needed thingy". I'd love to see the lettercounter always.

Synd Den er for ivrig på å rette. Den bytter bort ord jeg bruker hyppig og skriver riktig til ord som er brukt bittelitt mer,men laangt ifra det jeg faktisk skrev.

isländskt layout Tack. Fint att få tangenter med "Þ", "Æ" och "Ð", men för att skriva de andra 7 isländska bokstäverna skulle det vara bra om det fanns en extra tangent med accent. T.ex. för att skriva "Á" trycker man "<accent>" och sedan "A".
