San Diego 311 is a real time mobile civic engagement platform that will allow San Diegans direct access to City Government straight from their fingertips. San Diego 311 is free to download to your Smartphone or device and this intuitive platform will empower its users to conveniently identify civic issues (potholes, graffiti, broken sidewalks, broken street lights, etc.) and report them to the city for quick resolution. This mobile reporting platform will improve how San Diego delivers services to your neighborhood. Not a fan of application collecting user data and cell number to report thing like graffiti as savvy attorneys for taggers (including those for gangs) will soepena reporting users info. Far cry from being able to report as 'anonymous'and should be clearly indicated to users. Would be great if you would name application CitySourced:SanDiego so users know they must DL city-specific app. Look forward to using when integrated with city. |
