Cloudacl Safe Browser is cloud based content filtering browser which monitoring eight million websites and billion of web pages to keep you family especially your kids have a safer internet surfing environment.

Cloudacl Safe Browser can be used as the following products:

- Anti Abused Drugs including Marijuana
- Anti online game to block the popular game related website
- Anti Violation,  gambling  or gun related website or forums
- Anti social networking to block popular website like facebook.com and twitter.com
- Anti spyware and virus web site
- Anti anonymous proxy web site to bypass firewall or parental control software
- Anti spam web site used to sending most of the spam email in the internet

The following 9 security categories are supported in the blocking setup.

2. Adult sites including adult content, sex, nudity
3. Sites related abused drugs & Marijuana
4. Bandwidth consuming sites peer2peer, online storage
5. Sites including weapon, gambling, questionable

Setup admin or parent password:
==
0. open safe browser application
1. click the configuration button on your phone
2. click admin icon in the configuration menu
3. type your password, then click Ok
4. now your are in parent or admin mode
5. do step #1 again to configure your security policy

In admin mode, you can configure the categories and sites you want to block, in normal (restricted) mode, you can only browse sites allowed.

How to set safe browser as your default browser
===
1. Click menu button, select "Manage apps"
2. Select "Browser" (which means your Android default browser)
3. Click "Clear defaults"
4. Follow the instuction "If no default browser setting"
5. Click Home button to exist app manager
6. Click the browser icon on the status bar
7. Browser list window will pop up
8. Check "Use by default for this action", and then click "Safe Browser" to set default browser

When you visit a new category which is not in the Cloudacl WebFilter addon database, your browser will query Cloudacl cloud service for the visiting URL which addressed in our privacy policy on our website:

Frustrating The application does what it is supposed to do on my EVO3d. It is slower than the basic browser, but not noticeably. My frustration is that I'd the browser is idle for a certain amount of time, it automatically goes back to the home page, and there is no place where you can see the history to go back where you were. EVO 3d

Great but... I found this very helpful. 2nd request, find a way to stop inappropriate linking ad pages. Tube splash/ large porn tube etc. Great that the links from these pages are blocked but the front contents pages are full of images. Thanks.

Missing functionality Great concept, lovely product. And works better than some filters. However, features like multiple tabs, accessible history, remembered passwords are either missing or I can't find them. So sadly, I'm uninstalling - for now. I suspect I'll be back!

Good browser but missing some functionality I love this app. It had a great admin system for content control and for customisation. My only problem is that I cannot seem to press and hold an image to download an image or text/audio file to my phone. Please fix this and I'll give 5 stars. I love this app!

Eh Great app, amazing idea, badly done. Its very slow, noticeably slower than other browsers. But that was ok. Worth it. But it force closes on every site! Its impossible to work with because of that. Uninstalling. Look for a better alternative, this app isn't worth your time.

What a joke If I was a halfway intelligent kid, I would search for the inappropriate content through the normal browser. Since you have the option of the safe browser or normal. You can view ANY website through the normal browser. A total joke.

FC'd and then wide open browsing It force closed and then when I reopened it I was able to find content that should have been blocked and even was able to get into every site that I had blacklisted. A message displays on the screen that there was an error connecting to the server. (obvious reason I can see restricted content) I can't rely on this to do what it is supposed to do. What a shame. Uninstall.

Ugh Cannot download any photos(photos of christ btw) and glitches badly causing some pages to never load. Also has an issue with working with the keyboard on screen. The app can also be easily disabled/cleared to look up porn. Please update.

Love the idea I came here after the bsecure app proved itself to be almost unusable. This app has a few bugs, but so far has done a pretty good job of making safe surfing possible. Thanks to the developers for making it available, it is a worthy work. Wish there was a way to block other browsers sometime.

Blocked contents can be bypassed using Cashed link Blocked contents can be bypassed using Cashed link. When you click on "Cashed" rather than the link in Yahoo search, it shows all contents supposed to be blocked. Please fix this. Also please add forced safe mode option for Youtube like K9 filter does. An option that allows only permitted sites would also be nice.
