RootzBox is a new utility from RootzWiki that is designed to help users with all their flashing and root needs. The application is currently in early beta, which means there will be bugs, and the application is not nearly complete.

Goals of RootzBox:
-Focus on integration with RootzWiki
-Don't re-invent the wheel. We will support other devs and link back to their apps
-Include a few "must-have" tools for users' daily needs

Features:

File browser
- basic functionality: copy, paste, delete, multi-select, zipping, viewing text
- shortcuts to folders on desktop
- view and copy MD5 of files
- FUTURE: multi-tabs, ability to explore zip files

Logcat
-Collects the output of the logcat, uploads to a website and sends you back a short-url for sharing with a dev or friend
- FUTURE: view recently uploaded logs, more sharing options, logcat viewer

LCD Density Wizard

Build Prop Editor
- Backup/Restore functionality
- Descriptions of important properties
- FUTURE: add more properties (and suggest some)

News Widgets
- 3 styles, scroll through newest news on your launcher
- updates every hour

Please note: this is a beta. There will be bugs and updates will be frequent. New features will be added with future updates, along with bug fixes. Please send us reports of any logs.  Here are some of the new features we've got planned:
   - RW Wiki integration
   - Online file repository for devs to upload kernels, themes, and mods and give users ability to browse/download/flash on their phone
   - RSS feeds for forums
   - Wallpaper manager
   - Font manager
   - and many many more features planned!

Needs update for 4.1 JB - can't pull logcats Android 4.1.x JB made it so you need root permissions now to pull logcats, app hasn't been updated for JB, so no logcats, which i really the only reason I bought this... For now I'm using CatLog.

Good Donate/Dud App Always on rootzwiki so bought this in support when it first showed up and it really is no different today than it was then. I have no problem donating and do recommend people to do so with as much as the rootz community and site has given us they ought receive. The lack of app here is hopefully not a negative reflection on the site but likely is. It does work, does what it says and uhh yep.

New Functionality / Update Please I have been using this app since the first couple days it launched and was expecting big things. Since then I have not really seen any updates. I like the file browser but wish it could handle zip, rar, 7z, tar and other archive files so I would not need to mess with other file browsers. It would be nice if more functionality was added.

Features work on Galaxy Nexus 5 star rating because all of the features work for me despite the app being in beta and I have no real need for the current features. I bought this app truly for the future feature implementations if they do happen, because having the ability to browse a repository from devs on RootzWiki sounds to me worth more than $1.50/3.00. File browser still FC's on b003 on Thunderbolt running CM7. There is no way to choose directory for saved logs or backup builds.props, also the save dialogs have a display bug. Doesn't show the current density before changing the LCD density.

Diamond in the rough Pretty basic so far with the 4 tools, but seems pretty solid. The Build Props section was the most interesting, revealing some information there that I did not know existed. The LCD Density Wizard appears to be the same code as roman used in AOKP, which works great there. The Logcat app will help users troubleshoot problems. The file manager is simple and straightforward, but I'm sure customizations like sorting will be just around the corner. I like that it has MD5 calculations right out of the box. I look forward to all of the utils to be packed into this app.

Great utility If you use AOKP by @romanbb you will understand that this will be one great app. Just the file browser on it own is better than many of the dedicated programs I have tried. Looking forward to future features. I know a good investment when I see it. Instead of waiting for the free version show your support. At this price it wont bust your balls.
