The Remote Thermostat application allows users to interact with model NT Series Thermostats manufactured by Proliphix.  The Remote Thermostat application is specifically designed for models NT10e, NT20e, NT120e/h, NT130e/h, NT150e/h, and NT160e/h.

The Remote Thermostat application provides an easy-to-use interface to check the status and adjust the settings of the Proliphix thermostat.  This version of the Remote Thermostat application is for basic home use and allows users to control the essential functions of their Proliphix thermostat.  For example, the application can be used to adjust a home’s temperature settings while the owners are at work or traveling, enabling them to conserve energy while out of the house and adjust to a more comfortable setting before returning home.

For version 1.0.0 of Remote Thermostat, two activities are provided:

(1) Authentication – Provides a form to supply a username and password to access the Proliphix thermostat.

(2) Device Status – Displays zone temperature, HVAC mode and state, and heat and cool settings.  Allows users to turn off the Proliphix thermostat, change the heat setting only, change the cool setting only, or adjust both the heat and cool settings.

The Remote Thermostat application also provides help files for users who need additional information regarding functionality.
