This app will generate a random number from the user's maximum and minimum values, also has a rounding index option to include decimals.

Permissions:
INTERNET- Used by the Admob SDK for the requesting of ads.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - Used to handle errors when the device is not connected to an internet source.
VIBRATE - Used to provide feedback on button clicks. (Can be disabled or threshold modified)
