A very quickly hack of the built-in VPN Settings. I tried to modify to save passwords. Although passwords are encrypted and stored roughly, so anyone can normally access to the app data folder, use at your own risk.
* L2TP secret and L2TP/IPSec are not available due to the keystore issue.
* does not work on Android 3.0 or later.

[2012-06-03] Owen: Just what I was looking for! Great app that solves the VPN password issue in Android. Automatic reconnect would be great, but it is already a great improvement on the stock Android menu. Five stars should be regarded as an incentive to keep working on it. :) |

[2012-06-02] alan: Excellent on Samsung Galaxy Wonder Extremely useful utility to remember VPN password and create shortcut to connect to VPN. This has saved my sanity because in Android before version 4.0.2, password is not saved by the operating system. Many thanks for this app. |
