그 사건 이 후 2달이 지났네요..

그러나 여전히 변한건 없습니다. 앞으로의 진행상황을 알려주겠다던 말도.. 그리고 개선사항으로 요청했던 것도 어느것 하나 지켜진 것이 없네요..

그냥 이렇게 지나가고 잊혀지기만을 기다리나 싶습니다. 2달이면 그래도 어느정도.. 하다못해 성의라도 보여줘야 하는거 아닌가 싶었지만.. 아무런 연락도 없으니 답답합니다.

그때 만나서 얘기했던 일련의 이야기들은 정말 그냥 잠깐의 입막음 이었나 싶기도 합니다.

진짜 하다못해 약속 하셨던 진행상황 이라도 알려주셨다면 기다리시는 여러분에게 한마디 말이라도 할 수 있었을텐데.. 아무런 연락이 없으니 저도 침묵을 지킬 수 밖에 없었네요.. 이 점에 대해서는 기다리셨던 모든 분들에게 죄송하다는 말 밖에 할말이 없습니다.

결론을 말씀 드리자면, 제 생각으로는 LG U+ 에서는 어느 약속 하나 지킬 생각이 없어보이네요. 그럴꺼면 정말 왜 만나서 이야기 하자고 하셨고, 개선사항 정리해놓은 것은 왜 받아가셨으며, 드렸던 개선사항에 대해 이미 진행 중인것도 있고, 진행을 하실것이라는 약속은 왜 하셨으며, 진행상황에 대해 하나하나 알려주시겠다는 약속은 왜 하셨는지 궁금합니다.

관계자분 만나고 왔습니다.

만나서 같이 저녁을 하며 이런저런 많은 이야기를 나눴네요..

무슨 말을 들을지 또 무슨 말을 해야할지 전혀 감도 안 잡히고 어리둥절한 상태로 나갔었는데, 기업대 개인으로서는 여러가지 할말은 많지만 그것을 떠나서 개인적으로는 참 좋은 분 만난듯 합니다.

그 중에 여러분이 알고 싶어하시는 이야기 위주로 말씀 드리겠습니다.

1. 일단 현재로는 제 앱을 비롯한 다른 어떤 조회 앱도 사용불가능 한 상태입니다. 인증을 우회하는건 다 막으신다고 합니다.

2. 미니 U+ 고객센터 에 위젯을 현재 개발 중이며, 제가 제시한 문제점/개선사항에 대해 적극적인 해결 의지를 보이셨습니다. 그리고 가능한 빨리 저한테 각각의 항목에 대한 수용 여부 / 일정에 대해 알려주시기로 하였습니다.

3. LG U+ 쪽에서도 트래픽 문제 / 보안 문제 등 여러가지 문제에 대해서 인지하고 있는 상태이며, 장비 확충 및 프로그램 내부 로직을 전면 수정 한다고 합니다.

4. 마켓 / 오즈스토어 댓글 들은 다 모니터링 하고 있으며, CEO 에게도 다 보고가 되었다고 합니다.

혹시 모르시는 분들을 위해서.. 오즈스토어에서 고객센터 로 검색하시면 mini U+ 고객센터 라는게 있습니다. 그걸 다운 받으시면 사용량 조회 하실 수 있습니다.

오늘 (2011년 1월 5일) 아침에 sms 인증 우회 로직을 업데이트 이후.. 오후 5~7시 쯤 되어 또 막혔습니다...

그래서 한참 어떻게 sms 인증을 우회해볼까 고민하다가 아래와 같은 생각이 들었습니다..

LG U+ 의 입장인 개인정보 보호라는.. 말도 맞는거 같고..

sms 인증까지 하게 해서 막았는데 우회해서 읽어오는게 왠지 불법 같기도 하고..

솔직히 제 실력이 뛰어난 것도 아니고..

여러분이 과분하게 사랑해주시는거지 진정한 안드로이드 개발자 분들이 볼때 제 실력은 하위 10% 정도 밖에 안됩니다 ㅠㅠ 그저 사용자 입장에서 생각해서 만드는 재주 밖에는 없는거죠..

근데 한번 막고 또 막고.. 막으면 뚫고 막으면 뚫고 ... 그러다가 제 실력으로는 못 뚫을 정도로 막히게 되겠죠.. 이게 모하는 건가 싶네요..

이제 진짜로 LG U+ 에서 공식적으로 sms 인증을 풀어주는 등 공식 입장이 없는 한.. 그냥 포기할렵니다.. 어차피 또 우회해서 뚫어봤자.. 또 막을거니까요...

혹시 아시는 분이 있는지 모르겠지만.. 제가 만든 앱 중에 OK 캐쉬백 조회 라는 앱이 있었습니다.

그것도 이와 비슷한 수순을 밟다가 OK캐쉬백 사이트에서 아예 조회 자체를 못하게 막아버려서.. 사용중지 선언을 하였었죠..

이렇게 또 하나의 앱을 보내야한다는게 씁쓸하지만... 어쩔 수 없죠..

죄송합니다.
LG U+ 관계자님들.. (특히 저 때문에 고생하셨을 개발자 님들.. 새벽에 수정하신거 보면 철야하신 듯 한데 이 자리를 빌어 정말 죄송하다고 말씀드리고 싶네요..)

안녕하세요 LG U+ 사용량 조회 개발자 김창현 입니다.

다름이 아니고 오늘은 안 좋은 내용을 전달해 드려야 할꺼 같습니다.

현재 LG U+ 사용량 조회가 정상적으로 동작을 하지 않고 있을 겁니다. 그 이유에 대해 설명하도록 하겠습니다.

결론 부터 말씀드리자면 LG U+ 홈페이지에서 사용량을 읽어와서 앱에 보여주는 것인데.. 2011년 1월 4일 새벽에 LG U+ 홈페이지에서 사용량을 조회 하기 위해서는 sms 인증을 받도록 수정을 하였습니다. 그래서 LG U+ 사용량 조회 앱에서 데이타들이 제대로 나오지 않고 있는 것입니다.

이렇게 되면 저는 아무런 힘 없는 개인 개발자이므로.. 도저히 방법이 없습니다. 제가 그냥 이 앱을 포기하는 수밖에요..

아시는 분은 아시겠지만.. 제가 처음에 이 앱을 만들기 시작한게 2010년 11월 3일 입니다. 그 전부터 저는 LG U+ 에 계속 사용량 조회 앱을 만들어 달라 요청/문의를 했었고.. 그때마다 LG U+는 오즈라이트를 통해 조회 하라는 말뿐이었습니다.

그래서 그래 안해주면 내가 한다는 생각으로 안드로이드에 대해 아무것도 모르는 상태에서 맨땅에 헤딩하며 공부하면서 만들기 시작하였습니다. 히스토리를 보시면 알겠지만 처음에는 엄청 허접.. 그 자체였습니다. 기능도 거의 없었고.. 그렇지만 업데이트에 얻데이트를 거듭하면서.. (확인해보니 150번의 업데이트를 하였네요..) 지금의 앱을 만들었습니다.

그러던 와중에 미니 LGU+ 앱이 탄생했고.. 전 그래 이제 저 앱으로 써야겠다.. 라는 생각을 했었으나.. 위젯 미 지원에.. 솔직히 한눈에 사용량이 잘 안보이더라고요.. 그래서 포기하지 않고 제 앱을 계속 업데이트 하였었습니다.

근데 그것도 오늘까지 인것 같네요..

디자인을 도와 주신분도 있고 이쁜 아이콘을 찾아주신 분도 있습니다. 그리고 성의있는 피드백으로 저를 도와주신 분들도 있고.. 정말 잦은 업데이트에도 힘을 주신 분들이 많았습니다.

그리고 저 학생도 아니고 백수도 아닙니다. 근데도 사명감 비슷한걸 가지고.. 새벽에 잠도 안자고 업데이트 했었고.. 회사 업무시간/점심시간 쪼개가며 업데이트 했었습니다.

그리고 하루에 문의 메일 적게는 10-30통, 많게는 150-200통 정도 받습니다.

솔직히 제가 답변을 안 드려도 되는 내용도 참 많았습니다. (고객센타에서 해줘야 하는 답변들..) 그렇지만 제 앱을 사용하시는 분들이기에 제가 모르는게 있으면 고객센타에 물어봐서라도 답변 하나하나 다 해드렸습니다.

근데 오늘 새벽 sms 인증을 하게 바뀐것을 보니 온몸에 힘이 쭉 빠지면서.. 내가 이때까지 무엇을 한건가 싶기도 하고 꼭 친구에게 배신 당한 것 같은 기분도 드네요..

그냥 이제 본업에 충실하라는 배려라고 생각하도록 하겠습니다. 제 LG U+ 사용량 조회 앱을 사용해주신 여러분에게 감사하고 또 죄송합니다.

제 다른 앱들도 사랑해주시고요 더 좋은 앱으로 찾아뵙도록 하겠습니다.

Sound Level Meter is the part 4. of Smart Tools series. (noise)

Acoustimeter uses your phone mic to measure noise volumn in decibels(dB) and shows a reference. SPL(sound pressure level) noisemeter.

REMEMBER!! The most of the microphone has been aligned to human voice(300-3400Hz) and not required high performance. So the hardware maximum values are LIMITED. (See the sound pressure at calibrate menu. it stops at 32767.)
