用户what, why, how的三大问题：

1. what:不知道究竟还剩多少流量
了解流量的方式有三种，一是打电话或发短信给10086进行查询，二是流量快耗尽时收到营业厅的提示短信，三是通过第三方软件监控。整天打10086查询很麻烦，短信查询命令好记但容易忘，而大多数统计软件不准确，需要用户输入包月流量，并且无法统计安装软件之前当月已用流量。所以，很多用户的痛苦便是直到停机了才知道流量早已超过包月费，而这时候离月底可能还有很多天。

自从有了微博，每天在公交车，地铁上就有事情做了。不过没几天，就收到营业厅的温馨提示，对不起：您的余额已经用完。。。。
月底前还说有100多m，结果月结时还说我超过了100M！联通真操蛋！
今天，13800138000发了两条短信给我，姐姐手机流量杯具了。。。
手机流量用完了……这个月不能用手机上微薄了……

2. why:不清楚为什么流量会用得那么快
用户知道怎么通过各种方式查询流量，但只能眼巴巴看着流量飞逝，而不知道是因为手机上的一些软件和游戏会在后台推送数据，自动更新，打开A-GPS定位，这些操作都会造成联网耗流量。只有找到耗费流量的根源，才能最有效的节省和使用流量，找到适合自己的流量套餐。

我下载了一个上网管家软件，发现这两天我的流量消息地特别快，不知道是什么原因？
我平时就用ireader和开卷有益之类的读读书，用蘑菇新闻看看新闻资讯，怎么几天时间就用了几十兆流量？
昨晚大概十二点左右收到10086的提醒，说余额低于十五元，今天中午再收到提醒，说余额低于十元，照这个态势，估计明天就得停机了
我手机上就几个游戏，这两天发现流量用得很快，难道单机游戏也会上网？？

这些用户对流量有基本的概念，对程序产生流量有感性认识，但对智能机程序联网能力不了解。所以空有疑问，无从找到吃流量的根源。

3. how:不知道如何控制上网
通过各种繁复的猜测，实践可以定位某个程序是消耗流量的元凶，比如发现有些软件会在后台不停同步数据，产生巨大流量。然而，这款软件精美易用，不舍得因此将其删除，只好经常在不用软件的时候便关闭流量开关。但这并不根治，一是经常会忘，二是该软件会趁其他程序上网（此时需要打开流量开关）之时同步数据，又产生巨大流量。总之，无法有效控制流量。
这种是高端用户，对自己的流量非常敏感，也会有意识控制流量，但苦于没有合适的工具辅助，也无法做到高效使用流量。
