Converts ANSI and ITU point codes to and from decimal/hex/N-C-M (3-8-3) formats.  

Easy to use ANSI/ITU protocol toggle buttons.  Convert button will populate calculated values into fields.  Clear button will allow user to start over.

Error checks for invalid point code values!

Designed and tested on Motorola Backflip.
