A fairly simple sort of timer/stopwatch hybrid.  Keep track of "work time" (exercise, paying bills, whatever needs doing), and then use that same time to count down how long you've got to "play" (TV, eat junk food, whatever you like!).

Several configuration options, including vocal reminders and screen locking/unlocking.

I'm open to suggestions for improvement/feature requests/bug reports/etc.!
