Photo Safari is a fast, functional and complete gallery application that looks and functions like a Windows Phone 7 gallery application.(Also the first app to have gesture recognition. See below for details)
*It has a horizontal panoramic view of recent, camera, all images and a folder structure of images on your SD card.
*All images are neatly categorized into recent most images, all the images captures by camera, all images on SD card and images sorted by folder.
*It also features for the first time a gesture recognition "Magic Scrolling". Just move your hand over the phone and you can switch to the next image without even touching the screen.
*It also has a panoramic wallpaper which you can set as any image or you could set it to display the most recent image.
*You could choose from 3 sizes for the thumbnails to suit your needs.
*It has very functional one finger zoom and pan.
You can share any picture via a list of applications.
*There a film roll of images to easily and quickly switch between images when viewing an image in full screen mode.
*It supports swiping gestures to switch to next and previous images.It also supports auto rotation of images. You can easily set any image you are viewing as your wallpaper.
It perfectly complements Windows Phone 7 launcher like Metro UI or launcher 7

[2012-11-16] A Google User: WORST APP EVER!!! I have never felt more cheated in my life! Downloaded the thing after having paid more than virtually almost any other app on the market and it crashes non-stop after 5 sec.!! Unbelievable! Fix this! |

[2011-12-23] A Google User: Needs major work Very cluttered and over bearing UI. Maybe spread the tiles out apart from each other more and make them a little bit better resolution. Was laggy and didn't respond to swipe gestures effectively. Purchased and refunded. Will check back in a few months to see if anything has improved. But this is not worth spending my money on at the moment. |

[2011-08-08] A Google User: Was good until it starts force closing... Purchased this after using the lite version for a while. The App worked for about an hour no problem, but soon started to force close and restarting the phone. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled did not fix issue. [2011-07-29] A Google User: looks good but does not show camera shots htis looks really good.. and works good so far.. it shows alot of folders .. but in the camera folder it is empty.. and i have a ton of pictures? |
