No landscape mode Want to lock Google maps into landscape for use on motorcycle. G forces make it go all over the place. This won't do it and Google maps doesn't have the option either.

Locks to default orientation only. Nexus 7, this will lock screen to default orientation only, which is portrait. When activated in landscape mode it will rotate the screen away to portrait. Not what I was looking for.

Works perfectly fine For all those that say it won't open, it is a widget which has to be put on one of your home screens. Works great when laying down or doing when you want the screen orientation locked vertically.
