Phone support runaround I attempted to work with their engineering on this app. they keep saying there's going to be a major update to make it work on an htc incredible 2. I have given up as they have too apparently.

Lost Subscription with Android Update Product was working great until my Moto Razor 4 did a system update. Now the app says I have no subscription, and I had 296 days left in the subscription. Nice! Beware of buying the full version. If your phone loses the subscription you're out of luck.

From 5 stars to 1 I changed my rating from 5 stars to one! Im tired of defending Norton antitheft. Last time I checked, Sneak peak does not work freely anymore. You have to first lock your device in order to use sneak peak. Norton does not live up to it's promises since i first bought this. They keep on deleting features everytime they update.

Paid for premium service. It force closes all the time. When I try to sign on to my gmail account it locks up my browser and give me a message regarding anti theft, every time so they are directly related. So not only can I no longer check my email from my phone which I have a data contract with but when anti theft locked my phone it would not accept my password or an unlock sms for 3 days. I use this phone for work. Complete BS. I want a refund but it is impossible to get customer support.

Norton not prepared for Ice Cream Sandwich Updated my Droid RAZR three weeks ago and the license information is absent, thus much of the product in non-functional. I've searched for answers in my very limited time and no luck. Customer support is not outsourced to India, it is hidden from customers, which I would guess is cheaper. I have paid a premium annual subscription and have much of the product without function. Six months to go on my subscription, no refund for loss of service likely, no customer support to speak of, their is a viable and competitive market for security products, and a company I once had total loyalty to has left me dismayed and seeking other options. Considering the other users I have seen with the same issue, Norton has to know, but they have not communicated to its customer base, that is unforgivable. With their resources, an update should have been sent out within days.

HORRIBlE!!!! Just paid 30 bucks for this thing and I tried it out and it says my device is offline. Tried turning on GPS and WI-FI but it still says the same thing. Also it tells me the last known location is 15 miles away 8 minutes ago... I havent been where it says my phone is in over a month. WTF Norton?!?

J.bri Doesn't work. It won't register my device. Tells me it's date & time incorrect or that my Norton account is wrong (it's still got over six months left) Always used Norton on my pc for years with no problem. Have reinstalled but still won't work. Rubbish.

Average It was ok until recently. Whenever i on my wireless and go online, i have to wait for sometime before accessing the internet, otherwise phone will hang then a message that N anti-theft had stop working. If i go and check, anti-theft status appears ok. Must be a bug. Please fix this, im a license user.

Love it. I have Norton on my computer and love it. Originally I downloaded it for the SMS blocking. If someone you have blocked sends a lot of texts, it doesn't always catch em but always catches the calls.

Still Issues with battery drain I installed this alongside Norton Mobile security, and there was a noticeable increase in my battery drain. The App is constantly searching for a GPS signal, which can cause the battery to drain pretty fast while indoors. I like the idea of having web access to lock down, erase, or locate my phone, but not at the cost of draining my battery. Fix the battery drain issue and I'll give the product a higher rating.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ACER A5OO Not compatible with Acer A500 tablet. Tablet kept crashing, had trouble connecting to wifi & GPS would not turn off. Have uninstalled & everything is working again. Will just use Norton Tablet Security without anti-theft.

Pretty useless, really! I thought that this sounded like a great idea but after a little messing about I have discovered that it is easily disabled. I simply opened task manager while my device was 'locked' and pressed end all applications. This shut down Norton Tablet Security and along with it shut down the Anti-Theft plug-in. Tablet unlocked! Hopefully someone at Norton will read this and fix it so that Norton cannot be shut down so easily!

Too many problems ... I have been a loyal Norton customer for longer than I can remember, but Norton Mobile Security and Norton Anti-Theft have far too many installation problems. I have spent hours with Norton technical support but every few weeks the programs will spontaneously say license expired or device registered to different account when nothing has changed on my end, and I have nearly a year left on my subscription. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and do not purchase this program.
