Originally written for the 2010 FBLA NLC @Nashville, won 5th.
This mortgage calc is unique because it allows you to calculate any variable (mortgage amount, down payment, interest rate, time, monthly payments).
On the credit card calculator you can choose to calculate either the term of payments, or the monthly payments.
