Outstanding! App did exactly what it said. My og droid is running 125-1000mhz and the app allowed me to drop to 70 vsel with no fc on anything. And that's with stock rooted droid. I'm gonna email paticulars.

Startup problems after applying Used Universal Androot and enabled Permanent root; set Milstone Overclock to be enabled at startup. Phone works fine for a while then screen becomes jerky - phone hangs and then after removing the battery (no Power Down possible) there are much problems getting the phone to startup again. This is sad, very sad indeed :( since initially I was very excited at this utility which seemed to work fine until now.
